Las Vegas is more than just a city of gambling, nightlife, and shows. It is a true foodie’s paradise. On the Las Vegas Strip, you can find every type of restaurant imaginable.
This includes cheap eats, pizza, breakfast, buffets, and Michelin-star restaurants. The city seems to have it all when it comes to food. This diversity is what keeps me coming back time and time again.
When it comes to burgers, Vegas does not disappoint. You can’t walk more than a few minutes without passing by a restaurant serving or specializing in them. This includes everything from fast food to high-end restaurants with celebrity chefs. Whether you are craving a simple slider or a $100 burger with truffle and foie gras, you can find it here.
But you don’t need to spend a fortune to have a great burger on the Las Vegas Strip. Unless you want to. And there is nothing wrong with that. If you know where to look, you can find plenty of affordable and delicious burgers.
This is my list of 14 of the best burgers on the Las Vegas Strip.
1 – Gordon Ramsay Burger
The first spot on my list goes to Gordon Ramsay Burger. Located inside Planet Hollywood, right near the entrance, you literally can’t miss it. It grabs your attention immediately with a massive 30-foot wall of fire. It has been a tourist favorite for years, and for good reason.
Tip: If you are staying further north on the Strip, there is now a second location at the Flamingo Las Vegas which features a massive outdoor patio overlooking the Strip.
The Vibe: It is loud, energetic, and modern. You aren’t coming here for a quiet meal. You are coming here to eat a burger under the watchful eye of Gordon Ramsay (well, his photo on the wall, anyway).
The Burger: The menu features standout options like the Truffle Burger with truffle butter and a fried egg. But the real star is the Hell’s Kitchen Burger. This burger comes with asadero cheese, roasted jalapeños, avocado, roasted tomatoes, and jalapeño aioli on a seared and smoky beef patty. The combination of creamy cheese, spicy jalapeños, and sweet roasted tomatoes creates a perfect balance of heat and flavor.
The Verdict: It isn’t cheap anymore, with burgers now around $27, but compared to eating at Hell’s Kitchen across the street, it is a relatively affordable way to taste Ramsay’s food.

Address: 3667 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located inside Planet Hollywood)
Hours: Open Daily 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM
2 – Eggslut
If you are on Instagram, you have likely seen photos of Eggslut. Founded in Los Angeles in 2011, this spot has a cult following that has spread to London, Seoul, and Tokyo.
The Vibe: Expect a line. Located on the second floor of The Cosmopolitan, the line often wraps around the hallway. But don’t let that scare you off. The kitchen is a well-oiled machine, and the line moves faster than you think.
The Burger: Though known for breakfast sandwiches, their Cheeseburger is a hidden gem. It features ground angus beef, a cage-free over-medium egg, caramelized onions, bread & butter pickles, cheddar cheese, and dijonaise. It is served on a fresh, locally baked brioche bun delivered daily. The best part is that egg. When you bite into it, the yolk breaks and coats the smoky patty, creating a rich sauce that napkins can barely handle.
The Verdict: It is messy, simple, and incredibly satisfying.

3 – Grand Lux Cafe
The Grand Lux Cafe was created by the founders of The Cheesecake Factory, and you can tell. The menu is massive, the portions are huge, and the decor feels upscale with its marble floors and gold accents.
The Vibe: Located right on the casino floor of The Venetian, this place is open 24 hours a day. Whether you are starting your day or ending your night, the service is always professional and the dining room feels elegant, even at 3:00 AM.
The Burger: With such a big menu, it is easy to get lost, but I always go for the Avocado-Chipotle Cheeseburger. It features fresh avocado, fire-roasted peppers, and chipotle mayo. The creaminess of the avocado cuts through the heat of the peppers perfectly.
The Verdict: It hits the spot every time, no matter what time it is. Just make sure you go to the Venetian location if it’s late night, as the location at The Palazzo closes at 2:00 AM.
What to order: Avocado-Chipotle Cheeseburger
Grand Lux Cafe
Address: 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located inside The Venetian)
Hours: Open Daily 24 Hours (Venetian location)
4 – The Henry
The Henry is a stylish eatery located at The Cosmopolitan. While it looks upscale with its dark woods and navy accents, it is surprisingly casual and welcoming. No need to dress up here, unless you want to.
The Vibe: This is the ultimate late-night spot. Whether you are recovering from a night out or just starting your day, the atmosphere is always lively but relaxed. Think of it as elevated comfort food with a twist.
The Burger: While you can build your own, the only signature option is The Henry Burger. This burger is the definition of umami. It features a fresh, smoky beef patty topped with bacon jam, cheddar cheese, and special sauce on a sesame brioche bun. I highly recommend getting the truffle tots on the side.
The Verdict: It is an upscale burger experience without the stuffy attitude. Just remember that they are strictly a late-night and brunch spot. They close in the afternoon and don’t reopen until late at night, so don’t try to go for dinner.
What to order: The Henry Burger (with truffle tots)

Hours: Monday – Sunday: 12:00 AM – 2:00 PM; 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM
5 – Village Pub & Cafe
While technically not located on the Las Vegas Strip, I couldn’t make a burger post without including the Village Pub & Cafe. Located inside Ellis Island, just a block behind the main strip, this restaurant is a favorite for locals and in-the-know foodies.
The Vibe: It feels like old-school Vegas. It is loud, busy, and unpretentious. While most people come here for the famous Steak & Eggs Special, the rest of the affordable menu is just as good.
The Burger: Since this is Vegas, I always go for the Hangover Burger. It is a beast. It comes with a half-pound Angus patty, bacon, cheddar, a fried pickle, a fried egg, and mayo. You can even choose your bun (brioche, ciabatta, or pretzel). The combination of the runny egg and the crunch of that fried pickle is hard to beat.
The Verdict: It is greasy, delicious, and incredibly affordable. Plus, they are open 24 hours a day, making it worth the short walk from the Strip.
What to order: Hangover Burger
Village Pub & Cafe
Address: 4178 Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located inside Ellis Island)
Hours: Open Daily 24 Hours
6 – Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is known for two things, massive burgers and even bigger milkshakes. Originating in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood, this spot has brought its “more is more” attitude to the Las Vegas Strip.
The Vibe The moment you walk in, the energy screams New York City. It is loud, hip, and colorful, with neon lights and graffiti art covering the walls. It feels like a party, which makes it a perfect fit for Vegas.
The Burger While they offer fancy options like the Steak Au Poivre Burger, I prefer the Mexico City Burger. It comes loaded with pepper jack cheese, spicy jalapeños, chipotle mayo, and a massive, crunchy onion ring. The prime beef patty is seared perfectly, but be warned, this thing is messy.
The Verdict It isn’t cheap, but the portions are huge, and the burgers include fries. If you have a sweet tooth, you have to order one of their famous CrazyShakes. They are practically a meal on their own.
What to order Mexico City Burger
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer
Address: 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located inside The Venetian)
Hours: Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM; Friday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
7 – In-N-Out Burger
There is no way I could make a list of the best burgers in Vegas without including In-N-Out Burger. While you can find locations all over the valley, the spot at The LINQ Promenade is perfect for visitors staying on the Strip.
The Vibe You won’t find a drive-thru here. Located in the open-air LINQ Promenade, this location is always packed. If you can’t find a table inside, grab your food and sit on the ledge of the fountain just outside. It is the perfect spot for people-watching while you eat.
The Burger I always go for the signature Double-Double. It features two beef patties, two slices of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and spread on a toasted bun. While you can order it “Animal Style” (mustard fried patty, extra spread, pickles, grilled onions), I have a different go-to order. I ask for “fresh and grilled onions” along with “chopped chilies.” The mix of the sweet grilled onions, the crunch of the fresh onions, and the heat of the peppers is perfection.
The Verdict This is one of the best values on the Strip. You get a fresh, delicious meal for a fraction of the price of the other spots on this list.
What to order Double-Double (with “fresh and grilled onions” plus “chopped chilies”)
In-N-Out Burger
Address: 3545 S Las Vegas Blvd Suite #L24, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located at The LINQ Promenade)
Hours: Sunday – Thursday: 10:30 AM – 1:00 AM; Friday – Saturday: 10:30 AM – 1:30 AM
8 – Shake Shack
Shake Shack started as a small hot dog stand in New York City and has grown into a global favorite. You can find their main Strip location at the New York-New York Hotel, which feels like the perfect home for this NYC-born brand.
The Vibe It is usually a bit of a madhouse, but here is a tip. Skip the long line by ordering on the self-ordering kiosks or, even better, through the Shake Shack app. The app often has exclusive discounts or free items you won’t find in the store. Once you have your food, head to the outdoor patio to drink a beer and watch the world go by.
The Burger Their signature is the ShackBurger. I recommend the double version. They use 100% Angus beef patties that are seared until they have a salty, crispy char on the outside. It is served with lettuce, tomato, and their secret ShackSauce on a toasted Martin’s Potato Roll. The bun is so soft it practically melts into the meat.
The Verdict If you have never tried it, Shake Shack definitely gives In-N-Out a run for its money. It is slightly more expensive, but the quality of the beef and the fact that you can get a beer with your burger make it worth the extra few dollars.
You can read my full review of Shake Shack here.
What to order Double ShackBurger
Shake Shack
Address: 3790 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located inside New York-New York)
Hours: Open Daily 10:00 AM – 3:45 AM
9 – The Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge
The Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge is a Vegas legend. This iconic diner has been serving massive portions since 1972 and is located on the north end of the Strip, just a short walk from Resorts World and Encore.
The Vibe It is like stepping into a time machine. The interior features mirrored ceilings, bright purple and blue neon lights, and those famous velvet booths. If the wait for the main dining room is long, head to the Fireside Lounge. You can order the full menu there, often without the wait, while sitting next to the famous fire pit that bubbles with water.
The Burger If you are hungry, the Primal Burger is the way to go. It is a massive half-pound prime chuck patty topped with thick bacon, smoked gouda, mushrooms, red onion, an over-medium egg, and chipotle aioli on a toasted onion kaiser bun. The mix of the smoky beef and the melted cheese makes it one of the most satisfying burgers in the city.
The Verdict You come here for the history and the neon, but you stay for the food. It is one of the best spots on the Strip to get your money’s worth, especially if you split a meal.
What to order Primal Burger
The Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge
Address: 2985 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Hours: Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM; Thursday – Sunday: Open 24 Hours
10 – Posh Burger
Located right on the casino floor at ARIA, Posh Burger is a sleek, fast-casual spot that lives up to its name. The menu covers both ends of the spectrum, from a standard burger to a $100 wagyu creation.
The Vibe It is bright, modern, and very clean, fitting perfectly with the upscale feel of the ARIA. Since it is located on the casino floor, it is a great place for a quick but high-quality meal when you don’t want a long sit-down dinner.
The Burger I usually keep it simple and order the Hamburger. It comes with a seared beef patty, ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles on a soft toasted bun. Just be aware that they charge extra for cheese, lettuce, and tomato, but adding fresh, crunchy vegetables is worth it. If you have had a long night, their Breakfast Sandwich (egg, bacon, and cheese on an everything bagel) is available all day.
The Verdict Whether you want a solid, affordable burger or a $100 gold-dusted experience, this place delivers. It is one of the most convenient spots to eat at ARIA, especially if you need a quick meal.

What to order Hamburger or the Bacon Double Cheeseburger

Address: 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158 (located inside ARIA)
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM; Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:30 AM; Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM
11 – Wahlburgers
Wahlburgers is the famous burger spot owned by Mark Wahlberg and his brothers. They are everywhere now, and you can find the Vegas location at the Grand Bazaar Shops in front of the Horseshoe (formerly Bally’s).
The Vibe Just a heads up, it gets loud here. Since it sits right in a busy outdoor plaza, you get all the noise and energy from the crowds passing by. I recommend grabbing a seat on the outdoor patio. It is a great spot to grab a beer and people-watch.
The Burger The menu has fancy options like the BBQ Bacon Burger, but I stick to the house specialty, The Our Burger. It is a 1/3 lb beef patty with American cheese, pickles, onion, tomatoes, and Paul’s signature Wahl Sauce. It is served on a soft bun that holds everything together without making a mess.
The Verdict Honestly, this place is underrated. It isn’t trying to be gourmet or fancy. It is just a really solid burger with fresh ingredients. If you want something tasty without a long wait, this is it.
What to order The Our Burger (and swap the fries for Tater Tots)
Wahlburgers
Address: 3635 S Las Vegas Blvd, Unit 100, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located inside the Grand Bazaar Shops at Horseshoe)
Hours: Sun: 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM; Mon: 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM; Tue: 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM; Wed: 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM; Thu: 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM; Fri: 8:00 AM – 4:00 AM; Sat: 8:00 AM – 4:00 AM
12 – Whataburger
After a 40-year absence from Las Vegas, Whataburger has finally returned. For the first time ever, the Texas legend has opened a location on the Strip, right next to the Waldorf Astoria.
The Vibe It is a massive two-story space with a terrace overlooking the Strip. Since it shares space with Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, you can even order a draft beer to go with your meal. Just be prepared to wait a few minutes for your food. Unlike most fast-food spots, every burger here is cooked to order, so it always comes out hot.
The Burger I recommend the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger. It features a beef patty topped with American cheese, crispy bacon, tomato, onions, and mustard on a toasted bun. The wide bun means you get a perfect ratio of meat, cheese, and bread in every bite. Also, make sure to grab a side of their famous Spicy Ketchup for your fries.
The Verdict It is more expensive than the Whataburger back home, but for the Strip, it is a steal. Whether you need a recovery meal at 2:00 AM or just want a taste of Texas, this place delivers.
What to order Bacon & Cheese Whataburger (and a side of Spicy Ketchup)
Whataburger
Address: 3752 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158 (adjoining the Waldorf Astoria)
Hours: Open Daily 9:00 AM – 3:00 AM
13 – Bobby’s Burgers
Bobby’s Burgers is the brainchild of celebrity chef Bobby Flay. Inspired by his childhood love of burgers, fries, and shakes, he has brought his signature flavors to the Las Vegas Strip with three locations: Caesars Palace, Harrah’s, and Paris.
The Vibe This specific location is inside the Fulton Street Food Hall at Harrah’s. It is a casual, counter-service spot. You order at the register, grab your number, and find a table in the busy food court. It isn’t fancy, but it is perfect for a quick lunch or a late-night bite when you don’t want to sit through a long dinner service.
The Burger While they have options like the Fried Chicken Sandwich and Bobby’s Veggie Burger, the star of the show is the Crunchburger. It features a thick seared patty topped with American cheese, Bobby’s special sauce, and a handful of crunchy potato chips. The combination of the salty, crispy chips with the melting cheese and soft bun is surprisingly good.
The Verdict Look, I get it. Paying celebrity chef prices for a burger served on a plastic tray can feel like a rip-off, which is why some people leave disappointed. But if you ignore the price tag and just focus on the food, it is genuinely a great burger. The texture of the chips inside the burger makes it worth trying at least once.
What to order Crunchburger (and a Pistachio Shake if you have room)
Bobby’s Burgers
Address: 3475 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located inside the Fulton Street Food Hall at Harrah’s)
Hours: Mon – Thu: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM; Fri – Sun: 9:00 AM – 3:00 AM
14 – White Castle
The last spot on my list of the best burgers on the Las Vegas Strip goes to none other than White Castle. While there is another location on Fremont Street downtown, this one is right on the Strip attached to the Casino Royale.
The Vibe This place is legendary for a reason. It is bright, loud, and almost always packed with people looking for a late-night snack. Since it sits right on the Strip, it is the perfect pit stop when you are walking between casinos. It is not fancy dining, but it is a lifesaver when you need something cheap and greasy after midnight.
The Burger There is something special and nostalgic about these sliders. My favorite is the Cheese Slider. It is a tiny steam-grilled beef patty topped with diced onions, a salty pickle, and American cheese on a pillowy soft bun. They are small, so you don’t just order one. You buy them by the sack.
The Verdict Is it the best gourmet burger on the Strip? No. But is it exactly what you want at 2:00 AM after a night of drinking? Absolutely. It is cheap, fast, and hits the spot in a way that an expensive steakhouse burger just can’t.
What to order The Original Slider, Cheese Slider
White Castle
Address: 3411 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located at Best Western Plus Casino Royale)
