Growing up in California, I have lost track of how many times I have visited Las Vegas. While most people visit for the gambling, nightlife, and partying, I visit for the food. Las Vegas has everything from Michelin-starred celebrity chef restaurants to hole-in-the-wall eateries and everything in between.
One of my favorite things about traveling to Las Vegas is trying new breakfast and brunch spots. Even after all these years, I seem to discover somewhere new on every trip. If the breakfast is good, I will hunt it down whether it is on the Strip, in Downtown Las Vegas, Summerlin, or Henderson. Heck, I would even drive to Mesquite for a great breakfast. For this guide, however, I am sticking to the Las Vegas Strip.
Las Vegas can be an expensive place to eat, especially for breakfast and brunch, but you can still find some good deals on the Strip. For this guide, I define a cheap breakfast as a meal or substantial breakfast item costing about $15 or less before tax and tip. A few higher-priced choices are included when the portions are large enough to share or the meal still offers good value for the Strip.
This is my list of 10 of the best cheap breakfast spots on the Las Vegas Strip. I personally visited every restaurant in this guide and paid for my own food. Prices are either what I paid during my visit or what I later verified from an official menu.
1 – La Salsa Cantina
La Salsa Cantina is one of the cheapest places to eat breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip. It is located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.
I am going to be honest with you: the food will not win any awards. However, if your goal is to get a filling breakfast without spending much, the price is hard to beat.
The main reason to visit is the $6.99 Breakfast Special. It comes with two eggs any style, your choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, southwest potatoes, and corn or flour tortillas.
During my January 2026 visit, the special was advertised daily until noon. The current online menu now calls it a weekday breakfast, so the availability appears to have changed since my visit. I would plan on ordering it Monday through Friday before noon unless the restaurant confirms otherwise.
Toast costs an additional $1.00, substituting egg whites costs $1.00, and a side of salsa costs $0.50. The current menu also lists a 3% supplemental fee.
Insider Tip: You can add a Bloody Mary for only $0.99. It is not going to be the best Bloody Mary in Las Vegas, but it is hard to complain at that price.

2 – Blondies Sports Bar & Grill
You can actually beat the $6.99 deal at La Salsa Cantina. Located directly across the way inside the Miracle Mile Shops is Blondies Sports Bar & Grill.
The best deal here is the $5.99 Breakfast Special, available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until noon. At that price, it is one of the cheapest complete breakfasts you can still find on the Las Vegas Strip.
During my visit, the plate came with two eggs cooked to order, your choice of bacon or sausage, and country potatoes mixed with grilled peppers and onions. The food is basic, but it is filling enough for breakfast and hard to complain about for $5.99.
The deal may not be shown prominently on the regular printed menu. Sometimes there is a sign outside advertising it, but I would still ask your server for the $5.99 Breakfast Special before ordering.
Be careful when adding drinks. During my visit, a cup of coffee cost almost as much as the meal itself. If you are trying to keep the total low, check the drink price before ordering.
Recent visitors in 2026 have also reported a $1.99 Bloody Mary during breakfast. Since that drink special is not currently listed on the official website, ask your server whether it is still available.
Insider Tip: This deal is only offered on weekdays. If you are staying near Planet Hollywood, visit Monday through Friday before noon and order the special by name.

Blondies Sports Bar & Grill

3 – Eggslut
You will probably see the line at Eggslut before you see the counter. Located on Level 2 of the Cosmopolitan, this popular breakfast spot regularly draws a crowd in the morning.
I always order the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich. It comes with applewood-smoked bacon, an over-medium egg, cheddar cheese, and chipotle ketchup on a warm brioche bun. The soft bun absorbs the runny egg yolk without immediately falling apart, although the sandwich can still get messy.
During my January 2026 visit, the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich cost $12.00. The Fairfax and Sausage, Egg and Cheese sandwiches were also $12.00. This makes Eggslut more expensive than some of the basic breakfast specials on this list, but the ingredients and portion make it a more satisfying meal.
The line is the biggest drawback. It usually moves faster than it looks, but I have waited as long as 45 minutes during the morning rush.
Finding a seat can also be difficult. There are a few counter seats overlooking the kitchen, but they are often taken when it is busy. I normally grab my food and look for one of the open seating areas nearby on Level 2.

Insider Tip: In my experience, the line is longest between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM. For a shorter wait, try arriving before 8:00 AM or after 1:00 PM.

Eggslut

4 – Village Pub & Cafe
While it is not technically on the Las Vegas Strip, I could not leave Village Pub & Cafe off this list. It is located inside Ellis Island, about a 15-minute walk east of the Strip behind Horseshoe and Paris.
The best breakfast deal at Village Pub & Cafe is the $8.99 Graveyard Steak & Eggs Special. It includes an 8-ounce broiled New York strip steak, two eggs any style, and toast.
This is more of a late-night meal or very early breakfast than a traditional morning breakfast. The special is available daily from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
You need a free Passport Players Club card to get the deal. During my June 2026 visit, I did not have to play a slot machine or print a separate coupon. I only had to show my players club card when ordering. Since casino promotions can change, ask your server about the current requirements before ordering.
Do not confuse this special with the regular Top Sirloin Steak & Eggs on the breakfast menu. That meal cost $22.99 during my visit.
Insider Tip: Ellis Island brews its own beer, and the house beers are usually much cheaper than drinks at the large Strip resorts. It might not be a traditional breakfast drink, but it pairs well with the late-night steak special.

Village Pub & Cafe

5 – The Crack Shack
The Crack Shack is a fast-casual restaurant at Park MGM known for its fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, and house-made sauces. It was founded by celebrity chef Richard Blais.
A separate breakfast menu is served daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. If your priority is price, the cheapest breakfast entree during my June 2026 visit was the LV Scramble for $11.50. It came with three scrambled eggs, cured bacon, mild cheddar, scallions, and Shack fries.
Another affordable choice is the Sunny ‘Daise for $12.00. This breakfast sandwich comes with chicken sausage, maple hollandaise, a sunny-side-up egg, American cheese, and an English muffin.
My personal favorite is still the Señor Croque. It comes with a fried chicken breast, bacon, a runny egg, white cheddar, and miso-maple butter on artisan brioche. It cost $15.50 during my visit, making it one of the more expensive choices on this list.
Unlike the breakfast-only items, the Señor Croque is part of the regular sandwich menu and is available throughout the day. This makes it a good option if you arrive after the dedicated breakfast menu ends at 11:00 AM.
Insider Tip: Check The Flock loyalty app before ordering. The available rewards and promotions can change, but there may be an offer that lowers the cost of your meal.

6 – Earl of Sandwich
Earl of Sandwich is one of the most reliable places for a hot, affordable breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip. It is located inside Planet Hollywood and is known for its toasted sandwiches served on soft artisan bread.
While it is also a popular spot for late-night food, the breakfast menu is one of the better values in this part of the Strip. Breakfast is available daily from midnight until 11:00 AM, making it useful whether you are starting your morning early or looking for food after a late night.
The cheapest breakfast sandwich when I checked was the Egg and Cheddar for $8.99. It came with eggs, cheddar cheese, and breakfast sauce.
My usual choice is the Bacon, Egg and Cheddar. It comes with bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese, and breakfast sauce on toasted bread. At $9.99, it is filling enough to work as a complete breakfast without adding a side.
Other $9.99 choices included the Ham, Egg and Cheddar, Ham and Swiss, and Breakfast BLT. For something smaller, the $4.99 Breakfast Tots were the cheapest item on the breakfast menu. They work better as a light breakfast or snack than a complete meal.
The line can look long in the morning, but the service usually moves quickly. This makes Earl of Sandwich one of the better grab-and-go breakfast options on the Strip.
Insider Tip: For the cheapest full breakfast, order the Egg and Cheddar by itself. The Bacon, Egg and Cheddar is only $1.00 more and is a little more filling.

Earl of Sandwich

7 – District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew
Located inside the Block 16 Urban Food Hall at the Cosmopolitan, District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew serves more than just donuts. The menu also includes biscuit sandwiches, breakfast burritos, beignets, coffee, and savory donut sandwiches.
The cheapest savory breakfast option during my January 2026 visit was the World’s Best Scrambled Egg & Cheese for $8.00. It comes with scrambled eggs and cheese on a biscuit. The menu also listed turkey sausage, ham, and bacon as additions, although the extra cost was not displayed.
I ordered mine with turkey sausage during an earlier visit. The biscuit was fluffy, the eggs were creamy, and the sausage added a smoky rosemary flavor.
Other breakfast choices included the Hot Chicken & Honey Butter French Toast Biscuit for $13.00, the High Roller Burrito for $13.00, and the Big Bird Biscuit for $16.00. The Croque Madame, Muffuletta, and Monte Cristo donut sandwiches were also $13.00 each.
For something sweet, the Brûléed Cinnamon Roll cost $6.00, while an order of New Orleans-style beignets cost $8.00.

Located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, Nacho Daddy is known for its nachos, tacos, enchiladas, and other Mexican-inspired dishes. It also serves a breakfast and brunch menu that many visitors overlook.
The cheapest breakfast entree during my January 2026 visit was the Sausage & Egg Slider for $11.95. It comes with a sausage patty, cheddar cheese, an over-medium egg, lettuce, a corn chip, and pico de gallo. It is served with your choice of mild, medium, or hot salsa.
The slider might look small, but the sausage, egg, and cheese make it surprisingly filling. It was also one of the few breakfast choices on the menu that cost less than $12.
Other choices under $15 included the Breakfast Taco for $13.95 and the Chilaquiles for $14.95. More expensive options included the All American Breakfast and French Toast for $16.95 and the Breakfast Burrito for $17.95.
During my January 2026 visit, breakfast and brunch were advertised daily from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Since the restaurant’s current posted hours start later, call ahead if you plan to visit for breakfast.
Insider Tip: Bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys cost $35 during my visit. They were advertised Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Friday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

9 – Greenberg’s Deli
Located along the Village Street Eateries inside New York-New York, Greenberg’s Deli is best known for its oversized sandwiches and Reubens. What many visitors overlook is the small breakfast menu served daily until 11:00 AM.
During my visit, every breakfast special cost $10.95 and included coffee or hot tea. The choices were a Croissant Sandwich, NYC Deli Burrito, Pastrami & Egg Bagel, and Vegetable Burrito.
My usual order is the NYC Deli Burrito. It comes with pastrami, corned beef, eggs, and Swiss cheese wrapped inside a warm tortilla. It is a good choice if you want something more filling than a basic egg sandwich.
The Pastrami & Egg Bagel is another good option if you want the deli meat without the larger burrito. Since coffee or tea is included, the breakfast specials are a better value than the regular sandwiches later in the day.
Insider Tip: Breakfast ends at 11:00 AM, so arrive early if you want one of the $10.95 specials. After that, you will have to order from the more expensive regular deli menu.

10 – 48th and Crepe
Located inside the Village Street Eateries at New York-New York, 48th and Crepe is easy to miss. Unlike some of the neighboring restaurants, you order directly from the counter rather than using a kiosk.
After ordering, you can watch the cooks pour the batter and prepare each crepe on the hot griddles. Seating is available in the open food court nearby, although you may hear the Big Apple Coaster rumbling overhead while you eat.
My usual order is the Bacon and Egg Crepe. It comes with applewood-smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, Swiss cheese, and crème fraîche. During my June 2026 visit, it cost $13.99.
The Sausage and Egg, Ham and Egg, and Healthy Breakfast crepes also cost $13.99. If you want something sweet, the Chocolate Banana Crepe came with Nutella, fresh bananas, whipped cream, and Hershey syrup for $12.99.
The cheapest crepe on the menu was the Classic Crepe for $11.50, served simply with powdered sugar. It is less filling than the breakfast crepes, but it works if you only want something light.
Insider Tip: The Bacon and Egg Crepe is filling enough to work as a complete breakfast. Skip the drink if you are trying to keep the total close to $15, since coffee and bottled beverages cost $5.00 or more during my visit.

Final Thoughts on Cheap Breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip
Cheap breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip is harder to find than it used to be, but there are still some good deals. Blondies has the cheapest complete weekday breakfast on this list, while La Salsa Cantina is another affordable option if its $6.99 special is available during your visit.
For something more substantial, Eggslut, Greenberg’s Deli, and the Graveyard Steak & Eggs Special at Ellis Island are my top choices. Just remember that prices, promotion requirements, and breakfast hours can change, so check before making a trip.
